Healthy Cow Corporation Selected to Present at Animal in the Heartland Symposium

Toronto, ON, August 2019 Healthy Cow Corporation, an ag-biotech startup harnessing the power of probiotics to improve cow health and productivity, has been selected to present at the 4th Animal Health in the Heartland symposium produced by the Iowa Biotechnology Association (IowaBio) and Bio Nebraska. The event will take place virtually on August 18th and 19th.

The symposium brings together experts to discuss animal health issues. This years’ theme is “Whole Animal Health” and it's looking at cutting-edge research and innovations that holistically address animal health needs. The topics covered were novel vaccines, artificial intelligence, probiotics and feed products, and how to successfully overcome challenges in the regulatory process, pandemics, and consumer needs.

"We are excited to showcase our innovative product, ProPreg™️, that we have developed from interesting research on dairy cow microbiomes to the attendees of Animal Health in the Heartland! It started from a great concept and we’ve worked hard to bring it to a state that can be implemented by dairy farmers and early partners" says Edward Robb, Healthy Cow’s Co-founder and Managing Partner.

ProPreg™ is the first intra-vaginal probiotic product to strengthen and renew the cows reproductive tract during the critical transition period. ProPreg™ provides positive health effects in cows while reducing farmers and veterinarians dependency on antibiotics.
